Terrible service. Feedback isn't appreciated here. The General Manager will hang up on you when you ask for resolution. No apology given for the situation. Train your staff & management.Response: Extremely disappointed that the staff member was dismissed. I believe the process should be reviewed and the management train the staff to higher levels. We could tell the staff member was under the instruction of higher management. A reasonable resolution would have been to train your junior in correct RSA procedure. We are horrified that this is the company's response to the complaint.
Arrived about 30 minutes before our booked time and watched the sunset and the evening draw to the end of a perfect summers day. Uninterrupted views of the bay and all the changing colours were serenaded by a cool mix of local and international music playing in the background.And the food, service and drinks were just lovely. Would definitely recommend this place!
