So happy with the service and experiences I have had in the past 4 months with the service team.Had my ranger in 3 times to get parts fixed, all 3 times I personally didn't pay a cent for the work but every time they went to the effort of cleaning the outside of the truck.It's the extra 1% that makes you leave happy!Thank you to the team, And Jason for his excellent customer service. Be extremely careful when purchasing a vehicle to get everything offered by them written down on paper. Three seperate things I have been caught out on with absolutely no effort or remorse from the dealership to fix issues that were caused by themselves. Happy to take your money and then talk their way out of any problems.

Vehicle serviced yesterday. The cost was a little more than stated. But it happens. Friendly , helpful staff. Took 4 hrs. Car washed. Breath freshners left as a gift in vehicle. A phone call the next day as a follow up ... to find out if I was happy.
My Volkswagen car's hand brake could not release easily and I had two other mechanics serviced the problem, one sees no problem, and another made me order a part which led me to contact FCMC. At the end the part we ordered was wrong, Jason at FCMC had a look at our car and straight away knew the problem and we could fix it ourselves! I am very impressed with their professional knowledge and their honesty as I know nothing about the car, they could take me for a long ride. Get a part fixed rather than simply change is something hard to believe in this modern day!
