Excellent service and friendly staff. Rooms great and pools great for young kids too.
A good combination of nice rooms and fair price. Only complaint is the shower pressure is woefully low. Not sure if the shower head is blocked or it's a water pressure problem but it needs to be addressed.
Excellent stay. Clean room. Lovely reception staff. Buffet breakfast was amazing. Ask reception for a discounted breakfast voucher. 1 bedroom apartment (room 1201) has a spa bath!!
Great place, we stayed here only for one night as we were going out on a charter boat early the next day. Staff were really friendly and helpful with recommendations on places to eat and drink on the esplanade. Happy hour drinks were amazing with $5 beer, wine and cheap cocktails that were fantastic! Will definitely stay again.
Stayed for 2 nights. Really cool place. Comfy bed. Spa bath tub. Heated pool. 8-10 min to anywhere in Harvey bay from there. Adam in front desk was really helpful and friendly. Other staff as well. 20$ basic breakfast. Kids under 3 eats free.
