I've eaten here a few times and each the service has been worse than the last. While the food is good, the owner is horribly rude and makes you feel like you're an inconvenience. The wait times can be extreme, they have no issues putting phone orders infront of instore customers. Decent food, but the worst customer service in Hervey Bay. Its Cash only.
This seafood shop is awesome. Meal was large. Vould of easily feed two people. Well done.
Asked for two burgers and was met with "I can't do burgers now". No apology, or offer of alternatives. A simple "sorry, we're short staffed" or "we've been busy and run out of ingredients" would have been lovely. As a local, I won't be back.
Most terrible customer service Ive experienced!! Tried to add another item to my order over the phone and the man serving yelled at me then passed the phone to another staff member and said I was annoying. Wow! When i said Id be cancelling my order there was no apology or surprise
This is the best fish and chips in hervey bay. Every time we go to the bay we GI there for fish and chips. Great service from. Karen and hubby
