Been in Hervey Bay less than 12 months and went to Chemist Warehouse for medications 3 times - now I go Priceline every time. Not only did Chemist Warehouse get my name and address wrong 3 times, they charged me the wrong prices 2 times. And their service is terrible - the workers are like Coles/Woolies packers - they do not want to help and know SFA. And I was once in the checkout queue for nearly 5 mins once - 8 people in front and 9 people behind - only one person serving. The shop must have had 6 or more workers, but none bothered to stop packing shelves and helped until they were yelled at by someone. I then went to Priceline and they were great - they get my details right every time and charge me the right price every time. The staff at Chemist Warehouse are awful and always changing, Priceline are the same people I first met when I went there months ago - that says something.
Great Service. Have a good range of all products. Like to browse while waiting for scripts.
