rudest service ever
Rented with C21 for 14 months with no problems at all. Reported a water leak in November 2018 that was inside the house. Expected immediate action due to the nature of the maintenance. Heard nothing at all from them. In the mean time a piece of our furniture was damaged due to this water leak. Withheld 1 week's rent thinking we would get some action but sadly no nothing. January 2019 receive a Notice to Leave within 7 days. My partner went and saw Kate McNabb in person who blantantly lied to his face that he never completed a maintenance form (even though she was at the counter talking to him while he completed the form). Would NEVER recommend renting through this company. It is not the staff that are a problem it is the owner. And yes we know this for a fact as we worked for the woman and know first hand her under handed ways.
Century 21 has been renting out or house for us in Point Vernon. The best property managers we have used so far. Nothing is a problem, friendly and professional service. The team at Century 21 went the extra mile for us, we would have no hesitation in recommending them to any landlord looking for an efficient property manager.Kerstin and Steven
If you're looking to rent a property definitely DO NOT do it with Century 21. They suck. They are next level of disorganised. One time they came in to the house for an inspection which by the way was NOT scheduled. They walked into my room while I was sleeping. I woke up to a sorry we didn't know you were there. I'm so glad I no longer rent through them.
My family and I have been renting through this realestate for a few months now, when we first moved in there were quite a few Maintenance issues (dangerous issues) with the property. We had addressed these issues to the property Manager many times via email, phone calls and in person. Many promises were made to us that all issues will be fixed... but still, to this day, nothing has been fixed! I feel really sorry for the landlord, the property is falling apart. Funny thing is, we are also in the market to buy a property, but we will never buy through "Century21 at the Pier", due to a lack of professionalism.
illegally took my bond, my house was perfect (not how i received the property), i had my cleaner come back twice, and still they forced me to pay and use their cleaner. I had unfortunately already moved and was unable to verify what they were saying. so just paid, was not until 3 months later i realised they not only didn't release my bond but claimed the whole thing. When i rang no-one knew anything about it, and claimed the agent responsible had been fired and locked her computer. Finally received my bond, still $300 short but I don't have the time to chase them.
