Left a very sour taste in our mouths. Hired a 4 wheel drive and one of the tires went flat on the Island in the soft sand. We didnt hit anything and no marks on the tire confirmed this. We changed the tire as soon as getting out of the soft sand. The tires were very old and used. The owner charge us $235 for an old (30% tread) faulty tire worth maximum $20. wouldnt negotiate to even come down $50. Definitely wouldnt hire again and not recommend to anybody!!!

The 4WD and service of Fraser Magic 4WD were excellent. The car we got looked a bit old, but turned out to be very robust so never broke down and was definitly worth it. We had to leave Fraser Islanf earlier then expected due to medical reasons and the team at Fraser Magic 4WD gave us excellent support to get us of the island and help once back on the main land. Very professional small company. Nice staff. Boss also spoke german which was really helpful. We stayed at Fraser Island for one night and had a wonderful time, no problems at all with the vehicle.
Old but reliable cars. Had lots of fun on Fraser island and never got stuck once. They also picked us up and dropped us off in Hervey Bay for free. They arrange everything for you including permit and barge passes. A little bit more expensive then some other companies but are good honest people. Also let us borrow a cooler for free which was nice. Would recommend to others.
